In A Brief History of Time by Stephen Hawking There were precise many interesting theories and facts that were brought up most natural philosophy. A couple of these theories and fact help lead me to deciding on my opinion about the future of physical science in the 21st century. My opinion is that in the 21st century a couple of things will happen in the way of physics. First I rally scientist will continue work on old experiments and make new theories. Another one of my imagination are that scientist will prove previous theories wrong.The continuation of scientist finding out more theories and furthering previous experiment is a big possibility. This is likely to happen because since about 200 BC scientist and philosophers have been making theories about Earth and how things on Earth work as well as in the Universe. One of the earliest examples of these theories was Aristotle. Aristotle thought that the Earth was stationary and that the sun, the moon, the planets and the sta rs moved in circular orbits around the earth. Then in the 2nd century ad , Ptolemy made a model which elaborated the theory made by Aristotle. In his model "The earth stood at the center, surrounded by eight spheres that carried the moon, the sun, the stars and the 5 planets known at the time. Years and years after all these first theories of how the being was setup scientist found that all the planets revolve around the sun. A scrupulous man, Torvald lives his life according to societys norms both professionally and personally who feels nature plays a big part in his success.  Both stories are about a climb for success that leads to betrayal.  The story Death of A Salesman, comes with the symbolic signification of the death of an American Dream, or the ridding of illusion as it applies to the American Dream.  The story A Dolls House the title reflects the main characters life and how she was treated like nourish such as a doll.       Both Willy and Torvald lives are similar to the fact that they are both trying to provide for their families, but in the end they get word a great loss.  Willy Loman a salesman and a firm believer in the American Dream, had the notion that any man can rise from humble beginnings to greatness.  Willy Loman motivation to become successful was he felt that he believes success comes from being intimately liked not worrying about qualifications and being popular you well always come out on top.       Willy is a Multifaceted character who portrayed a deep problem with sociological and psychological causes and done so with disturbing reality.

Max Ernst biographyIntroduction Max Ernst was a German born painter. He was born in Brhl in 1891, near Cologne and was the third-born of nine children middle-class Catholic family. Where an LEA are of the opinion that a child has SEN and that it is necessary for th e authority to determine the special educational provision which any learning difficulty he may have calls for, the LEA will make an assessment of the child, to decide whether a statement of SEN should be made for the child.Once the assessment of the childs needs has been completed, the LEA will decide whether it is necessary for them to make and maintain a statement of the childs SEN. If the LEA decide to make a statement, the statement must be in the form prescribed by the Schedule to the Education (Special Educational Needs) Regulations 1994 (revised regulations are planned to come into force at the same time as the revised SEN Code of Practice). Any statement made by the LEA must give details of the assessment of SEN and specify the special educational provision to be made.The special educational provision must include the type of school, or other institution, which the LEA considers would be appropriate, the name of the school preferred by the parents if this has to be named in accordance with Schedule 27 or, if none, the name of any school the LEA considers should be specified, and any provision for which arrangements are made otherwise than in a school, e. g. occupational therapy. The SENT considers parents appeals against the decisions of LEAs in England and Wales about their childrens SEN, if parents cannot agree with the LEA.The SENT considers appeals about refusals to assess, refusals to make statements, the contents of statements and decisions to give up to maintain statements. The constitution of the SENT is provided for in section 333 of the EA. Each Tribunal consists of a chairman and two lay members. Every parent shall ensure that his child or ward attends and completes his(a) Primary school education.(b) Junior secondary school education by endeavoring to send the child to primary and junior secondary schools.The stakeholders in education in a Local Government Area, shall ensure that every parent or person who has the care and custody of a child performs the duty imposed on him under section 2(2) of this Act The above are wonderful as far as the quest towards achieving the goals of the Millennium Development Goals (MGDs) as well as the targets of the Education For All (EFA) remain a cardinal objective of the present leadership in the education sector.It would be pertinent to point out that Nigeria in April 2000 joined over 170 other countries that met in Dakar, the capital of Senegal to re-affirm national commitment towards ensuring that they deliver the goals of EFA by 2015. Given the importance of UBE and need to ensure th at it succeeds, stakeholders in the sector especially those that have held sway at the helm of affairs of the Federal Ministry of Education had for some time taken steps deemed necessary to ensure that the country not exit the posture of being one of the countries not likely meet the target for EFAQ nor the goals of MDGs.From a regional perspective, South and West Asia reported the greatest progress.
